Captain Rich has been receiving many emails and phone calls from anglers that cannot put together a group of six to charter the Jersey Hooker for our overnight canyon tuna trips. This way we do not have to collect a fuel surcharge as long as fuel stays under $4.00 dollars a gallon and it has been for the past few months.
