Captain and Crew of the Jersey Hooker targeted winter flounder today, It was the first day of the flounder season. Steve and Wendy Lacko chartered the Jersey Hooker for half day fishing trip. Captain Rich decided to fish a spot on the Manasquan River he has fished before, it produced! No record catches, the charter managed to put together a catch of 6 keeper flounder and released 8 short fish. The charter had great weather and steady action. Capt.
